Mountain Bike Academy

The Cathedral School Mountain Bike Academy caters to students of all skill levels, from Prep through to Middle and Senior School.

The Cathedral Mountain Bike Academy (CMBA) is one of the most popular clubs in our school. Students are provided with skills training relevant to the individual – from those who have never ridden a bike, through to seasoned racers. The CMBA community includes a dedicated coach along with volunteers of parents, teachers, and students. Preps learn to ride on one of the school’s Trek Precalibur Mountain Bikes here on the school oval, with the more experienced riders having the opportunity to hone their skills on one of the many local MTB Tracks around Townsville each week.

Mountain Bike Academy is available from Prep through to Year 12.
