Open Day is held annually in May. The 2025 event will be held on Saturday 17 May, 9am to 12pm.

Break for coffee or a bite to eat under the shade of our towering trees along the banks of our lagoon. Bring the whole family and make a morning of it.

Raintree Café

Our hospitality students run the Raintree Café, with all the food prepared, cooked, and served by the students. Please see the Program Map for location.

Boarding Experience

The Cathedral School Boarding Experience is a chance to learn more about Boarding life and stay overnight at the Boys or Girls Dormitories. The Boarding Experience begins at 9 am on Open Day and concludes at 2 pm the following day. To find out more or to register, visit our Boarding Experience page.

Open Day Passport

Upon entry, you can collect your free Open Day Passport. Get your Passport stamped by visiting the 10 Stamp Stations and collect your Open Day Showbag.
