Entering Year 4, 7 or 10 in 2025?

The Cathedral School’s Scholarship program aims to encourage and recognise students in their pursuit of excellence. The Scholarship Program is intended to provide students with the financial support to further their education as well as reward achievement and effort.

Those students who receive scholarships will have exemplary character and will share the values of our school community. These students will exhibit qualities such as integrity, leadership, initiative, care and compassion for others, and personal responsibility.

Academic Scholarships

The Cathedral School is proud to offer a scholarships to high-performing academic students entering Year 4, Year 7 or Year 10. All scholarships provide partial remission of tuition fees for a 3 year period (Years 4-6, 7-9 or 10-12). Students are selected on the basis of their results in the Edutest Scholarship tests.

Boarding, Arts, Sports and Christian Scholarships

The Cathedral School offers a range of other specialist scholarships that recognise a broad range of talents and experience and do not require students to sit the academic scholarship tests. All scholarships provide partial remission of tuition fees for a 3 year period (Years 4-6, 7-9 or 10-12).

Indigenous Scholarships

The Cathedral School is able to assist promising indigenous students through scholarship programs offered in partnership with Cape York Leaders Program (CYLP) and Australian Indigenous Education Foundation (AIEF).
