Boarding Supervisor (Part-time term-time)

The Cathedral School of St Anne & St James located in Townsville, North Queensland, is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Boarding Supervisor to work in our boys boarding dormitory as part of a team of carers who provide a friendly, homely environment to the school's boarding students.  This is an ideal position for a motivated university student who requires accommodation (year round), meals and internet in return for part time work, after hours on weekdays and across weekends as well as a wage. The position commences on 15th July 2024 however accommodation is available now.As one of 11 part time Boarding Supervisors you will be part of a successful team who assist with the smooth running of the dormitory consisting of Boarders from regional areas as well as overseas. This is a great learning experience.The role will require you to attend to the pastoral needs (social, emotional, intellectual, physical, and spiritual) of all boarders during their time at The Cathedral School. This is a residential position. Boarding Supervisors live in and assist in running the boarding house in exchange for board and lodging and remuneration.
